👋 a little about me...

Hi! I'm Samina and I work in public health and user experience and interface spaces. I think it's wonderful that user-focused design has the potential to improve the day-to-day wellbeing of those around us!

My two big passions have always been art and community health. I'm a self taught artist and a public health graduate, where I learned what affects social and environmental health and how to improve it.

my time at Berkeley

I graduated from UC Berkeley  with a B.A. from
the School of Public Health. University gave me
so many firsts --  new courses, research positions,
my first job, my first teaching position, my first
apartment. And, of course, the first of my many
in-lecture naps! :o

the cats

Meet Kitkat (10) and Spooks (2)! Kitkat is known for his stately charm and sweet demeanor, while Spooks was named after her knack for getting scared easily. Kitkat loves napping amongst the flowers and guarding the estate. Spooks enjoys rolling around in the dirt and doing her zoomies in the garden.
